We have seen some incredible performances in athletics over the last week.

Firstly, well done to Henry, Alfie, Achilles and Connor who competed at the Devon Schools Track and Field Championships yesterday with some superb results: Achilles came 2nd in both the 100m and the 200m and 1st in the 4x100m, Connor competed in the 100m and came 1st in the 4x100m, Alfie took part in the 800m, and Henry competed in the High Jump, Triple Jump and 4x100m and came 1st in all three!

Meanwhile, Harry and Nicola (Prep 5), Alfie (Prep 6), Sophia (Form 2), Henry, Alfie and Jack (all Form 3) travelled up to Manchester on Monday to represent the South West at the Independent Schools Association (ISA) National Athletics Finals! There were some impressive performances all round but a special mention goes to Henry who won the Triple Jump with a best jump of 11.70m and came 3rd in the Long Jump, and to Jack who came 3rd in the 300m.
